Sorry to hear. Minor scrape and screwup in your case(could have been worse) but yeah it would make you feel sick. We all make them. Was cleaning the front windshield and somehow forgot to put wiper back down. Was messing with the hood and scraped back of stripe about an inch or so minor but what a dumbazz.

Ouch in our old house. Wife's friend accidentally put the garage door down on our old car as they were backing out guess the beam was between the wheels
Buckled Door and needed new hood.
