When I spoke with http://lovefab.net/ the guy on the phone told me that the NSX heads flowed 330CFM from the factory and that unless you did a stroker 3.8 liter NSX and do an aggressive port, there isn't any real need to port the heads.

Honda makes so many engines and have tons of knowledge base as a result.

All they needed was a V8.

Just look at one of the possible NSX replacement with this 550HP 3.5 liter V8 and the latest in Vtec.
