The latter, obviously go with UMI. Or which ever company suits your fancy (BMR, Granatelli, etc). Heck in the long run if I had a choice, I'd probably buy another late 4th gen for a DD and store the T/A over buying a 5th gen. They're nice, but just too pricey as opposed to dime a dozen third and 4th gens being built on a shoestring budget.
