It was warm when you shut it off last and had allot of time to drain all the way to the bottom. Then all that's left is in the pan and filter. OP>> how cold where it's being stored are we talking? Fuel additives are good for certain temps and below. Otherwise a waste. Remember top it off (DON"T OVER FILL!) and that minimizes air in the tank which causes condensation and leaving water in the tank. Once you put the cap on the tank is essentially sealed. Good luck.
