Take your car home to your parents/grandparents/girlfriends parents/other someone with a safe, secure location and park it & have someone drive you back to school until the semester ends. Drive the car in the summer when you can enjoy it.
You may want to find a body shop that will hold onto it for you and take their time repairing it right, let them hold it for you for a few weeks.
