Another great driving day up here but too busy brewing to take advantage of it. The monsoons start late tomorrow night. Need to get Pumpkin washed and put away tomorrow afternoon across the street at my Buddy Tom's shop. Got Pumpkin at work over night and pardon the pun, but there will be frost on the Pumpkin in the morning.
Busy day in the brewery, kegged the Storm IPA and brewed the Three Sisters Pale Ale. All went pretty well as we had two apprentice brewers learning the ropes today to help us. Starting at the bottom with Oxy Clean, no rinse sanitizer and a scrub brush.
Clean, clean ,clean is the word of the day when your brewing. We got a new toy to carbonte the kegs. It's kind like an aquarium airstone but made of SS. Find out in a day or two how it works.
