I prefer a stick over an automatic when I want to hot rod around but since this is going to be my daily driver I have considered an automatic. The tap shift steering controls, I feel are a really cool option.

I will likely get a stick but I would not judge a person poorly if they got an automatic.

I would not be surprised if they sold more automatics than sticks.

If your really interested in the ZL1 the last thing you are going to be concerned with or about is the price. You never know what gas is gonna cost, but you buy it anyway. Don't you??
