Keep in mind, once you tune it, the warranty could be gone for good.
Most small stuff won't be an issue but the bigger things they may snap shot the number of times your car has been flashed and you will be on without powertrain coverage.
Just so you know. Obviously I'm in the "who needs a warranty" camp LOL.
Just want you to give you the risk before you tune.
If you do want a tune, I'd take it to Doc over at EFI alchemy on 17 towards Palatka.
