I painted my calipers
red and applied white "CHEVROLET" custom brake decals
This job was more of a pain than i anticipated bc i went overboard on prep and making sure each detail was just right (it paid off)
everyday I did a little bit & finished in 3 days (take wheels off, masking, cleaning/painting, put wheels back on)
PROGRESS PICS (DIY)
After jack-standing the entire car I washed the wheel wells and brakes. The next day I used masking tape to cover guide pins, bleeder valves, rubber bits etc. Newspaper was used for large surfaces that would not get painted. G2 packaged a cleaner that i used too.
then i applied 1 thin coat of the g2 paint/hardener mix (actually I made the mistake of not going thin enough and it caked a little on the 1st caliper)
the package came with a foam brush that I guess i pressed too hard with. it disintegrated after 1 caliper. I happened to have another g2 kit with the RIGHT brush with bristles and used that.
Remember overkill? I really painted the entire caliper unit, back&front

I did 2 coats and touch ups. By time I finished 1 round, the 1st caliper was due for a new coat.
Then I applied specially made brake decals
...and put the wheels back on.
