I have been in the same boat with Steve, I just hope it's not a sign of things to come. I'm flying in from LI and I have been feeling a very cold reception from Steve. If something is not as it should be you are going to see someone flip the F** out!
I just hope they are not collecting names to order cars and then have other plans for them when they come in or going to pull a fast one on pick up day with the price with someone that just got off a plane to pick up a car.
I hope it's just that he is busy but then you would think someone else would help out in the dealership.
