These days all GM factory built Camaros meet all 50 states' emissions requirements. There is no emissions difference among Camaros sold in Florida, Michigan, or California, etc.
The YF5 RPO code for California emissions simply provides an engine compartment sticker that states that the vehicle complies with California emission requirements.

That is, if your nearest Chevrolet dealer is willing to perform a courtesy delivery. Not all dealers are willing to do so. It's a good idea to check with your local dealers regarding their willingness to perform a courtesy delivery, and if so, what they charge, before you place your order.
