I think I know whats rattling. the gasket has a shield attached to it. I bent it down so I can reach the bolts but forgot to bend it back up so it was touching the engine... when I ge thome i will fix that. hopefully thats the only thing.
BTW how can I know if there is any leak from the headers? any testing technique?
