I agree with this part only if it were true.....Let me list down some very important statistics that everyone should be aware of

So if you look at it these are the small steps that can help reduce the overall medical care costs and now you can see that it not only affects the "fraction" of people that suffer from chronic conditions but also those that are hale and hearty.
