Here is their response to my inquiry:

Thank you for your inquiry. I'll do my best to answer your questions.

1. We are selling the 2010 Camaro at MSRP. 2. We do have existing orders, yet believe that a new order could be filled before the end of the summer. 3. A $500 deposit is required, and would be refundable if we were unable to fulfill our obligation. 4. Your deposit is relative to the vehicle that you order. You can order the Camaro to your specifications. It is not likely that there will be unsold units available. 5. We would put a current value on your Cadillac, yet it would be subject to re-appraisal when your Camaro comes in. That's a matter of timing.
