EBAY's rules allow anyone to sell a pre-order car........as long as they use certain language like proposed or expected or projected. Your basically buying the "Chance" of being able to buy the car in the future.

However, I've noticed that some of the highest bidders didn't meet the seller's reserve.......which has been wayyyyyy more than MSRP.

There's a few rip-off dealers on there but on the other hand, there are a whole lot of suckers out there.
