Try the audio forum. And, it definitely sounds like something I'd have my dealer take a look at. There's a TSB out for the PDIM and if you've had problems (I'd say this qualifies) they'll update you to the latest version (DB/DB or DB/DD, depending on which dealer you go to, and which GM rep. gets involved in your case if need be).
