I doubt it. But even if it does get a bump for 2013, it won't change how fast a 2012 is so I wouldn't get too caught up in worrying about it.

Yes, but this is nothing new. Usually its called the '1 foot roll out' and its how 1/4 mile times are always quoted. For whatever reason, GM made explicit mention of this 'rolling start' and now people are in a tizzy because of it. But everyone does it, even if they don't know they're doing it. Its just how things are timed at the drag strip.
