They are trying to prototype a short throw shifter I was there test car but they never got around to doing anything over the summer. They called me two days ago but I refused to take my car out of storage for them they had the whole summer but they dicked around. I have the hurst short throw anyways and happy with it so I'm not interested anymore. You never know what they can do to your transmission with that prototype as one wise C5 member told me. Could be good or bad not worth the risk for a free 450-500$ shifter.
