If you have semi-metallic pads, every set I've had always squeaks. I've switched to Ceramics and had no issues with squeaking.

As long as the brakes are working correctly and its not a constant squeak from the squealer touching the disk, then I wouldn't sweat it. If the squealer is touching the disk, its time for new pads.
