I had the clips holding the leather on the driver's seat break, so they repaired it, and the tech must have hit the steering wheel when he was taking the seat out, scratching the leather. I don't think he was trying to hide anything, the scratch was on the underside of the steering wheel, and wasn't visible at a glance, but I noticed it by feeling it when I turned the wheel. I pointed it out to the guy working when I picked the car up, and they didn't even question it - they ordered a replacement. They really take care of you, and have no qualms about fixing their mistakes if there are any. We're human, it's going to happen now and then, so I think that how they handled that really showed how good they are. Oh, and they give loaner cars too, even for small stuff like oil changes...
When I get home I will make them my dealer for services. I have heard nothing but good things from them from here as well as other sources.

Do you know if they are mod friendly? Back home in FL I used to take my Stangs to a mod friendly dealer that wouldn't void my warranty just because I modified my car. If the mod could have caused the damage then they would void the warranty for the repair. I have had a GM dealer void my warranty for a replacement radio because I had a cold air intake on the car. I fought the claim and won but it should never have gone that far.
