And I don't want to do headers, CAI, and exhaust without a tune. That just seems like I'll be missing out on power since it won't be running as well as it should.

You can do a non-tuned intake and a cat-back or axle-back exhaust without voiding any powertrain warranty. I'll probably be taking off the borla-s catback off the callaway and selling it soon. I've got probably 600 miles on the exhaust. I'll even throw in a free install.
