Dealer just called me in San Antonio. My car was pulled for build yesterday (3000). She said they have a bright yellow camaro on their showroom right now that they are not allowed to sell. She said it is GM's car for customers to check out.
She said GM also told them they were getting another v-6 next week that they are not allowed to sell.
She said the dealership's owner, ordered the first one out of 15 allocated, his has been built sine the end of March; however, GM will not ship them the car until May 6. She said she did get a message from GM that May 6 is the official unveiling date.
She said it is really ridiculous. She said mine will be built by the end of April, so I can plan on mid May for delivery.
