You can, but you need to be careful.
There are two solenoids - one for the brake's Line Loc, one for the Throwout bearing. How you wire them is up to you.
As one example: You could put a relay or double pole switch that lets you keep the Line Loc and Clutch Release on separate buttons so that you can engage the Line Loc in the burnout box to heat and clean your tires, and then you could flip a relay such that when you stage, a single button releases both Line Loc and Clutch simultaneously.
