Well see, although I generally prefer small, nimble, and revvy, I have some pretty strong nostalgia for the rumble and grunt of my Olds. There are loads of wonderful high-tech V6 sporty cars out there, and the LS and LT Camaros certainly are on that list, but the list of V8 (affordable) sporty cars is smaller, and the Camaro sits at the top of it. Logically, the V6 suits me perfectly. It is the irrational lust for the absurd power and thunder from the V8 that's driving me towards an SS.
