So, I understand a process of relearning which sensor is positioned where (in case you move right tire to left or vice versa), which is what it basicaly is. Thing I don't understand is why manual says I need a damn tool to do it if car can do it itself?
Basicaly, when I start relearn process, I should change pressure in one by one tire starting from front left and continuing clockwise. TP monitor reacts on sensor where pressure had been changed and sets it accordingly. On the last tire in cycle (rear left) i should hear 2 beeps and that's it, relearning done.
WTF do I need a tool for?
Anybody knows?

For the 2012's GM changed the software and you can not re-learn the tire sensors like you can the 2010-2011's.

You need to either take it to a dealer or buy the relearn tool. It's been posted on this forum before.
