Question for you #3 -- Sorry if this has already been asked, but I was looking at the pictures that were posted by one of our first recipients and he didn't have any rings on his tach and speedo (like your avatar). How did you get a picture of those rings without numbers? Are the rings there with the numbers too? What say ye? Thanks.

I've figured it out. The outer ring is illuminated when the dimmer switch is on high. When you dim the dash lights, the outer ring goes out. The picture you have is with the interior lights/dash lights turned down which is why you don't see the ring.
I am attaching a link to a video of me getting in the car. You can see the red ring illuminated. Then when I insert the key and turn it on you can see the gage lights on high. As I turn down the lights you can see the outer ring disappear.
