Yeah man. You're right on. Stock dyno runs are usually about 365rwhp. which equates to about 429hp. at the crank. With a basic tune you might get another 10-15hp. (no mods). So, kind of surprised after a tune your losing about 20hp.
Now with headers, and CAI I'd say you'll see some substatial increases.
Regardless, ride is sick bro' keep up the good work and don't stress about it, usually takes a few good tunes to get things dialed in just right.
