I guess the question is "How much more piston to valve clearance than you have now do you want to have?" That cam on a stock LS3 long-block will have some very very tight clearance. The few we've seen in person for head swaps had eye brows on pistons already. So if it were me, I would not mill them more than .005" or so. You need all the clearance you can get, honestly. The 68cc chambers out of the box with GM MLS gaskets will net you about 10.8:1 static compression, which is a slight bump up from stock.
