Responsible = Old = Slow = They piss off the people behind them because they drive so slow... then the people behind them drive like a**holes because they want to get around the "responsible".
I guess it's not just old people who drive white cars though... Soccer moms do. But wait, they're all at least pushing 40 :-P And that's gettin' up there!
Certainly old enough for their hair color to match their cars!! 
Some of these people in white cars who have aged more than I, and with eyes that are different shaped than mine... I sware, they must leave home an hour early just so they can get in front of me and drive 10mph below the speed limit.
