Tracey at CincySpeed is about the best with LSx engines. That's who tuned my car.
IPS in Columbus is a nice shop and Darth has spent enough there to have her own lift.
There is Mike Norris in INDY is supposed to be good.
Backstreet Performace somewhere up by you that I've heard good things about.

I would like to stay with a shop that is about a hour or two away and I would prefer a full tune directly written to the ECM. I will check out Backstreet Performance. Thanks!

North end of Columbus is not out of the question, I will check them out. Columbus is only 2 hour and 20 minutes away. What are you having done? I seen the picture of the front end completely gone...?
