Getting new alarm company and system installed. Somehow the HOA cancelled monitoring as part of our fee Jan1 yet HOA remains the same. They did that last yr with the Pest Control and the year before with Grass Cutting. See a pattern here? But hey they didn't increase HOA fee

Cleaning the driveway stains harder than we thought but its coming along
Big improvement and HOA already signed off we are no longer in violation.
one more treatment and powerwash and should be all good.
