When I called for my quote they asked if it was an LS, LT or SS. They didn't ask about wheel size or the RS package. The limit is for the speed rating on the tires that come with it so the RS package gets you the 155 limit, but the insurance company (state farm) doesn't care what tires you get. I live in Maryland and have yet to find anywhere I would want to go even 115 because of traffic and road conditions. when I lived in Denver it was a different story. Straight wide highways with no trees along the side of the road to hide cops or animals waiting to jump onto the road. I may take mine to Wyoming or Montana if they still don't have speed limits on parts of the highway.
