Hello to those of you in Central Iowa.
I am excited for the new Camaro and did see one today. I made a pass through Karl Chevrolet in Ankeny, just to see if by chance anything was there. They do now have one on the lot and it may be around for a little bit.
Looking at all of the things posted on this site there should be a few SSs coming in to the dealership soon that are sold.
The car is a Victory Red 1LT with black interior, RS pkg, Convenience & Connectivity pkg, and Auto trans. I am pretty sure it just arrived today (4/21). You just may have seen it out on the street or I-35 today as a few people from the dealership were driving it. I am pretty sure it will be there on display. No, it's not an SS but it is cool to see that they are getting to be available.
I didn't really get too great of pictures as it was there and gone again for those that were driving it.
