I personally have not done a before/after dyno on mine as it went in during a rather large upgrade. But Doc did a before/after and picked up 6HP/10TQ with his 1-piece plus IIRC, he picked up another 3HP when he went from AL to CF.... I can tell you that the car will feel "hardwired" to your right foot afterward!
