I get home at 3 or 4am everyday and my neighbors kids make alot of noise around 10am when I'm sleeping. Does that give me the right to call the cops on them? It should if you think they can call the cops on me at night. The only reason I would understand is if I was doing burnouts in my driveway. Your neighbors should be beaten and have their knees broken.
