The other alternative is to swap in a set of old school DRUM BRAKES ... you can paint the drum a heat resistant paint and they will stay nice looking for a long time !!

Just don't expect good stopping performance ... though would probably have better stopping ability than the "lubricated" rotors suggested earlier.

Or, you can get a set of the "RICE" fake rotor inserts in your wheels so you can't see the real rusty ones.
