I did mine too. Plenty of pictures if you want to PM me for any. Everyone is correct about opening them being the hardest part. Once they're open, just make sure you reheat the black housing and reshape back to the way it was before you started prying so it'll seal properly when you're done. Don't be cheap with the silicone. Add more to the outside after it dries if you feel the need. And don't worry about how the edges of the lens look, it'll all be covered up by the front fascia when mounted. I didn't check to see if you have an RS or not, but mine was an RS. Not sure how the non RS halos mount on.
