I can't feel a bit of difference in the everyday driving experience. I wouldn't try autocrossing them for sure, but they would suffice for street use in the dry...not in the rain. However, the tread wear will be an issue since they are very soft. I will not use them for daily driving but there are others who do. The tread width is 13" as best as I can determine. The heighth is exactly the same as the stock Pirrellis. I can't find anything that interferes with mounting including brake lines and all suspension pieces.
