Somebody help me out here, as I'm not understanding something. If the manual SS is slightly lighter than the auto, has quicker gears than the auto, and has 20+ more horsepower than the auto, why is the auto slightly quicker to 60mph?
I know the manual catches up in the 1/4 mile time with a higher trap speed, but I'm kind of perplexed as to why it's not quicker than the auto.
