I agree about the "going out to diner and a movie." I'm not into trailer queens or gutted cars, but more RWHP doesn't always mean a car is faster.
I only make 352 rwhp (no weight removed from the car - except 20" Nurburgring wheels and the weight reduction from exhaust mods) and my car runs 12.1 in the 1/4 mile.
I know of many "dyno queens" that make big HP numbers and they run like crap at the track.
Dyno numbers mean nothing to me without track times to back them up.
