I hope when the new GT500 is finally tested vs. the ZL1 in a few months (can't come soon enough) that no matter the result, we don't dip down to "well, it still looks prettier" argument again. With minimum 650hp, finally a launch control and better suspension, the GT500 will have no problem beating the ZL1 in a straight line, same 285 tires or not. The real battle to me is on a track with turns where I think the ZL1 engineers knew all along is where they will bring the fight vs the coiled snake.
