self service bays or waterless wash. I also lived in a condo before I got married and no access to the hose (it was in the back of the building...proving useless for me and my neighbors did not like me stretching 300 feet of hose out) so I opted to take a couple of 5 gallon buckets of water down a few times to clean up my evo back then.
