If you think the 13 will have more of what you want for the same cost, it's simple.
WAIT.
Then it will be the 14 ..... at some point you will never enjoy the ownership of any of them.
I still have my Compaqq 386 PC around somewhere. It works, I don't complain that my iMac is so much better.
