Your issue is likely caused by an incorrect or damaged cable from the Radar Projector to the V1.
Please verify that the cable used is a 4 conductor cable and not a two conductor cable.
When the V1 is On, is the display of the V1 dark or are the light of the V1 on?
Unplug the cable at the V1 and take and look at the plug. Are there 4 wires and 4 metal conductors on the plug?
Did you use a cable from the V1 kit or did you purchase a cable from somewhere else?
