I'd use something like this.

Won't leave scratchs, and gets the bulk of the snow.

For the smaller spots where the SnoBrum cannot go, I have a Snow Brush that has Microfiber tipped bristles which are very soft. However, I cannot find them online.

That may be an option for you.
