I was finally able to get one to pop up! I switched computers to an old desktop and it popped up on the third try.

The laptop I was initially trying with must have something in the security blocking the pop ups, even though I had - allow pop ups selected. When I switched computers to my old desktop and went to the Chevy site, then I was getting the "request a quote" pop up. Then on about the 3rd try, instead of a request a quote... the Private Offer popped up!

Thanks a lot for all the info and steps provided here! It worked great once I was on a computer that allowed the pop ups at the View Matches step (9).
