Some cars have lights that might appear to be fog lights on at night, but they're actually "driving lights" designed to light up the road low and close to the car. To be fair, fog lights on a lot of cars these days are actually useless in the fog. Not only are they the wrong types of lights to be used as true fog lights, they're white. Sorry to ramble on... but what I'm getting at here is basically that these lights aren't really fog lights in the first place. Furthermore, like Ofer said, they're impossible to set up the way you want without reprogramming or pretty much rewiring your entire front lighting system using some relays.
I'm a big believer in the right light pattern and color for the job. I just hate seeing people driving around with the piss yellow HID fogs and blue HID headlights both on at the same time on a perfectly clear night. I figured it wouldn't be easy so I'm back tot he drawing board trying to find a stock location for a switch.
