I would not assume that 69 units have been produced, number 69 was likely built out of sequence.

OK, I have 3 scenarios (or more

)
1. An error in GMs database. (not likely)
2. Maybe Mr. Hendrick decided he didn't like Carbon Flash.
3. Mr. Hendrick car is not vin# C9800069, but given a vin# out of sequence.
Conspiracy theory ?
