Yes, it makes sense. The rail vs truck decision seems to be based on two variables. 1) The distance the car has to go and 2) how many Camaros are heading to that same destination. Remeber it takes a lot less cars to fill up a truck carrier than it does fill up a whole railcar. Some destinations just won't have the volume to fill up a railcar. This is why we are seeing them "batch" the VIN numbers by destination so much. They will produce a big group of Texas (or MN, CA, IL, etc...) cars on one day to fill up the rail car.
