I sure would love to see a dyno of stock versus shorties + SOLO HFC, and then stock versus LTs....but only because it would be interesting to see. I don't see anyone actually doing it.
I still believe that LTs have the overall edge, but shorties + HFC can't be too far off. Its just that going LTs in the first place is much easier and can be much cheaper.
I guess the advantage of shorties + HFC might be avoiding the CEL while increasing flow, thus not needing a tune, but I have heard of a few people with the SOLO HFC getting a CEL after many miles and I have a feeling this combo might produce a CEL over time. Hopefully I'm wrong.
